When receiving and signing for the cargo, you must inspect the cargo carefully
to make sure whether it is perfect or not; you should send letter for us
instead of signing for if it has any breakage; we will help you to process! But
if after receiving and signing for said again the product has any question, we
are generally irresponsible!
1. If you find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check
whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When the
parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the damage is made
during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new one of same model for
exhcange or fully refund your money according to your request.
2. If you want to return the parcel already signed by you, please email us to
get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned to. We would have no
responsibility for any missing parcel caused by returning to wrong shipping
address without asking for our customer support's advice.
Return Policy:
In the case a customer wish to Return / Exchange products we offer a 15 days
return policy (from the original order dispatch date) :
1 You must contact us to get the shipping address
where your parcel can be returned before sending the items back. All items sent
back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or
washed, with all tags attached.
2 If returning items for a refund: Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. Certain amount of money will be deducted if we have provided
free shipping
3 We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be
responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend
that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be
responsible for lost shipments.
Exchanges:
1 We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the
original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of
our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a
different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per
Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
2 You must contact us to get the shipping address
where your parcel can be returned before sending the items back. All items sent
back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or
washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to
you.
3 We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for
the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the
exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance
when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible
for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
